The Central Alberta Awards of Excellence in Housing are regional housing awards that honour top members of the Canadian Home Builder's Association - Central Alberta Region for innovation in design and building practices. On Saturday May 5, 2012, awards will be distributed to the winners in the categories of Single Family, Single Family – Estate Home, Multi Family – Apartment Style, Best Multi Family – Town House/ Duplex Style, Renovation, Members’ Choice and Builder of the Year. PARTNER AWARDS:Once a year all members, in good standing, are invited to participate in the Partner Awards survey. The survey measures the quality of the relationship(s) the member, together with staff, have established with trades, suppliers, and service professional members during the year. While results are confidential, we do publish the list of finalists and the winners for each category. All CHBA-CA members will be e-mailed an on-line survey asking them to rate thier experience with thier member in each of the five categories: 1) Experience with staff; 2) Workplace Health and Safety; 3) Customer Service; 4) Referral Recommendation; and 5) Overall Experience. Responses to the five categories on the survey are converted to numerical scores for each Partner member. Partner members with the highest overall score for thier category win the respective Partner of the Year Award. Survey's where e-mailed out to all members on February 15, 2012.
